RESTORE classes move at a gentle pace and are tailored for beginners, those recovering from injuries, newcomers to exercise, and seniors. Our Restore class emphasizes mobility, strength, stretching, and balance at a gentler pace, making it an ideal choice when your body needs some tender loving care.
FLOW is a mixed ability class that aims to bring balance to the body by emphasizing flow, focus, and technique. You'll seamlessly transition from one Pilates move to another for a comprehensive full-body workout. This class will leave you feeling balanced, connected, and accomplished, with an energizing rush of endorphins.

PLUS classes offers an energetic, dynamic Pilates reformer experience for those eager to pick up the pace while still focusing on flow, concentration, and technique.You'll experience increased resistance levels, new exercises, more progressions, and a quicker class pace.
Plus is Perfect for participants with some previous Reformer Pilates experience.
Yes of course! Start with a Flow or Restore class. Your instructor will always be on hand in class to set you up correctly and to make any adjustments. We only have 8 clients per class in a reformer class which enables us to offer a fun & safe environment.
You can start by buying our Reformer Intro offer. This will enable you to try 3 classes and see if Reformer Pilates is for you! Or you can start with a private 1:1 session and then go onto to join our group classes.
We offer reformer classes at our studio in Lower Earley, Reading and we also offer reformer classes at our studio in Finchampstead, Wokingham.
Bring some water, lots of energy and your best smile! You should wear loose comfortable clothing, we do require all clients to wear grip socks in our classes. Don’t worry if you don’t have any, we have stock for sale at the studio. Email us to reserve you a pair ready for collection.
All our reformer classes are 55 mins long
You may find some of the movements more challenging than others - we all have areas of strength and weakness. If you need a rest or if you feel you are losing your good technique, take a short break - maintaining technique is really important and is key to reaping the benefit of the movement
