Meet your Pilates instructor - Rachel

I discovered Pilates 20 years ago by accident through my local gym. I instantly fell in love with the effect on my body and the focus for my mind.

The more I attended classes the more I felt I wanted to learn, and as a result I trained to be a Level 3 mat Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in London.

For me, Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and can be so beneficial for people recovering from injury or coming back to fitness.

Qualifications:

  • Body Control Matwork Pilates level 3
  • Pregnancy Pilates Drummond Education
  • Reformer Pilates certified
  • First Aid verified
  • Full insurance
