Mat Class: 3 for £25: Valid for any 3 group Mat Pilates classes. Mat Pilates is suitable for all abilities, with options in every class for beginners through to the more advanced. 12 people per class in our studio.
Reformer Class: 3 for £50: Valid for any 3 group Reformer Pilates classes. Reformer Pilates is suitable for all abilities, with options in every class for beginners through to the more advanced. 6 people per class in our studio.
Reformer Advantage: £75: A personal 1:1 dynamic introduction to the reformer, then join 2 group classes. A private 1:1 reformer session - just you and our instructor, and the whole studio to yourself. Ask questions, learn the basics on the machine with the instructor before confidently joining 2 group classes. This is the fastest and easiest way to learn Reformer Pilates.
