Viv Wooldridge – Your Pilates instructor
I’ve been involved in the fitness industry since July 2000 teaching Step, Aerobics & Conditioning
classes on a regular basis. I became addicted to the benefits of Pilates following the birth of my
2nd daughter in 2006. Having undergone 2 caesarean sections my core strength was extremely weak and
I was looking for a way to lose the baby bulge, a friend of mine suggested that I come along to one of
her Pilates sessions. I loved it!! I decided to add Pilates to my portfolio of disciplines as a fitness
instructor and qualified in April 2007, which is when I met Claire.
Pilates has really helped me improve my posture & overall flexibility coupled with increased core strength. It’s great seeing and hearing how clients are continually improving and feeling the benefits of attending regular Pilates sessions. Class sizes are limited to ensure that all clients benefit from individual attention throughout a range of moves. Pilates really is for everyone.
I am a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) and I am fully insured to teach in a group environment and on a one-to-one basis.
Qualifications:
OCR Level 2 in Exercise & Fitness - Pilates matwork.
OCR Level 2 in Exercise to Music.
Register of Exercise Professionals level 2.
Full insurance.
First aid certification.
