The studio contains quality Pilates equipment from Balanced Body, who are renowned for being leaders in the industry. It is the first studio in the area to offer affordable mat and equipment classes as well as personal training

                        

                  

 

Our objective as a Pilates studio is to offer a place where rehabilitation and fitness go hand-in-hand, so that we can offer quality instruction to both rehabilitation and fitness level populations. We hope that the facilities will encourage more people than ever to be more active and get involved in the wide range of classes that will now be available at the site; Pilates is still one of the fastest growing exercises in the country and the studio allows us to provide additional value and service to our current client base as well as those in the Reading, Earley and Wokingham community who have been looking for a place to do mat & equipment Pilates
