Missed classes
With the holiday season here many of you are missing a class or two, so remember
you can catch up the missed session by taking 2 classes the following week. Please
remember, these are subject to giving adequate notice of the missed class and they
must be booked / agreed and taken before the end of the 7 week cycle.
Thanks to all of you for keeping me informed of classes you will miss, it really
helps with fitting in these catch up classes for others!
Bands and balls back in stock
For those of you who have been waiting for a chi ball or band, they are now back in stock. Chi balls are £5.50 and the flex bands are £5.00. If you would like to order one, please drop me an email and I can bring your order along to your next class to save postage cost. Weighted balls, foam rollers blocks and mats are also available, please email for further details.

Suitcase Pilates!
Many of you have been requesting a few exercises to practice while you are on holiday,
so we are taking a break from the 8 Principles of Pilates to bring you a move a
day to pack in your case!
- Roll Down (spine mobility)
- Shoulder bridge (spine mobility)
- Arm Openings (rotation / chest stretch)
- Clams (glutes)
- The Dart (shoulders / triceps)
- Starfish / Hundred (core stability)
- Roll Up (abdominals)
Always make sure you warm up first and finish off with a few neck rolls and shoulder drops! If you would like more information on these exercises, please ask in class or drop me an email.
