Zumba - Zumba® is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow workout featuring interval training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
Class lasts 1 hour and costs £5.00. Payment must be received at least 1 week before the class.
Boxercise - A safe, high intensity box fitness class using gloves & pads. Burn calories & have fun! Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Class lasts 1 hour and is a special introductory price of £5.00 (normally £6.00 unless booked in a block). Payment must be received at
least 1 week before the class.
Pilates Bootcamp - A fast paced Pilates class designed to challenge you! Bootcamp
classes use Pilates small equipment to add any extra dimension to the
class. Class lasts 1 hour - £8.50. Payment must be received at least 1
week before the class.
Pilates Induction Class - A fantastic class for total beginners. This one off class is designed to allow you understand the basics without feeling
like a fish out of water! Perfect prior to joining or alongside your course. Class lasts 1 hour and costs £7.50. Payment must be received at
least 1 week before the class.
